The Business Permit Scheme is open to businesses based in Ely registered for business rates, who require access to the long stay car parks prior to 08:30 am, avoiding early morning parking restrictions.

The Business Permit Scheme 2024/25 commences 1 April 2024 and expires 31 March 2025.
