What is a drop-in clinic?
The drop-in clinics are held every day at the council offices at the Grange in Ely and they are where our Housing officers and Community Advice Service officers will be able to advise you on homelessness, rent arrears, welfare benefits, consumer rights, debt and money issues and more.
Just come to the reception at the Grange (opposite the Police Station) in Ely between the above times and let one of the Customer Services team know you are there for a drop-in and you will be put into a first come, first served queue system and a member of the team will do their best to see you as soon as possible.
There are two types of drop-in clinics:
Homelessness drop-in
If you think you are facing homelessness.
Community Advice drop-in
If you need support with all sorts of issues, from consumer rights, welfare benefits to employment disputes. As well as finding and signposting you to specialist agencies if you need them.
