You can report a missed collection from 3pm on the day of collection until the end of the next working day. Please check that your neighbours' bins have been collected and that no notification has been placed on your bins or sacks.
We will not collect refuse or recycling which has been put into the wrong container e.g. if you put car parts into the blue bin or garden waste into the blue bin. If this is the case, we will leave notification on the bin or sack by way of a sticker or a bin hanger with details of the issue and ask that you rectify it before your next collection date.
If the bin or sack is too heavy, we will also leave notification.
