Claim your State Pension
You will get a letter inviting you to make a claim no later than 2 months before you reach State Pension age.
Once you get the letter, you can put in a claim for your State Pension online or by phoning the claim line:

- get information about your State Pension
- report a change in your circumstances, such as a change of address or bank details
- report a death

Get a State Pension forecast
You can check how much State Pension you could get when you reach State Pension age by:
- using the Check your State Pension service
- contacting the Future Pension Centre
- filling in the BR19 form and sending it in the post
Write to the Pension Service
Find your local pension centre if you want to write to the Pension Service. You can also get the phone number. You will need your postcode.
Complain about the Pension Service
Contact the Department for Work and Pensions to complain about the Pension Service.
