Customer Reception

The Government is advising people to minimise social interaction in order to reduce the spread of the Covid-19 virus.
As a Council we are committed to keeping our services available but we need to work with the community to slow the spread of the disease.  To do this we want to avoid face to face contact wherever we can to protect our customers and our staff.
We ask all customers to access services via our website where possible, or to contact us by telephone or email. Most enquiries can be resolved over the telephone or online. However, we are offering a limited number of appointments which can be requested online or by telephone.
