Contacting our Customer Services Team
Your first point of contact with the Council will be with its Customer Services Team. Our dedicated team is fully trained to assist with all enquiries you may have across the various services the Council provides.
You will receive a friendly welcome from our Customer Service Team who will take ownership of your enquiry and deal with it in a courteous, professional and timely manner whilst ensuring complete confidentiality at all times. Where possible, the team member will endeavour to help you with your enquiry in the first instance. Your enquiry will be logged into the Council's Contact Management System.
Our Contact Management System enables us to manage all customer enquiries and requests efficiently and also enables our customers to track enquiries online if they are registered with us.
Information held by the Council is solely used for providing services to customers and is not made available to any other party, other than for the purpose of protecting public funds. For more information please see the Council's privacy statement.
