Long stay - 23hrs

This car park has both short stay and long stay spaces available.

Long Stay

If you arrive after 8.30am you can stay all day.

If you arrive before 8.30am you can only park for 90 minutes, due to the early morning restrictions (see below). i.e. If you park at 8:00am you need to remove your vehicle by 9:30am. However, if you arrive at 8:31am you can stay all day.

Short Stay

Maximum parking time - 3 hours.

Early Morning Restrictions

In the long stay car parks (Barton Road, Fisherman's, Newnham Street and Ship Lane) you can only park for 90 minutes between 8.00am and 10.00am with no return for 2 hours. These restrictions apply Monday - Saturday.

All car parks are 2 hour non-return.

There is no limit on the amount of time disabled badge holders can park in the car parks.

At present, there is no charge for parking at any of the car parks, however, we also have a pay and display commuter car park at Angel Drove, Ely.
