Free long stay - 23 hours (subject to early morning restrictions Monday to Friday)

If you arrive after 8.30am you can stay all day.

If you arrive (or are parked) between 8.00am and 8.30am you can only park for 90 minutes owing to the early morning restrictions (see below).  

Motorhome parking is available here and is subject to the same conditions as detailed above. Overnight camping/sleeping is not permitted.

Early morning restrictions

In the long stay car parks (Barton Road, Fisherman's, Fore Hill lower section, Newnham Street and Ship Lane) vehicles parked between 8.00am and 8.30am can only park for 90 minutes. 

At Fisherman's car park, the early morning restrictions apply Monday to Friday only.

All car parks are no return within 2 hours.

There is no limit on the amount of time disabled badge holders can park in the car parks.

There is no charge for parking at any of the city centre car parks, however, we also have a pay and display commuter car park at Angel Drove, Ely.
