VENUE: PLEASE NOTE:   Due to the introduction of restrictions on gatherings of people by the Government due to the Covid-19 outbreak, this meeting was conducted remotely facilitated using the Zoom video conferencing system. There was no access to the meeting at the Council Offices.  Objectors to the application in question registered and were allowed to speak during the meeting.  The deapublic viewing arrangements for this meeting were detailed in the Notes box at the end of the Agenda.
