During preparation of the now withdrawn Local Plan, the Council commissioned a viability assessment. The Viability Assessment Report made a number of recommendations for the formulation of planning policies.

Following withdrawal of the draft Local Plan, the Council has updated the Viability Assessment Report to ensure it's understanding of development viability in the district is up-to-date. The updated Viability Assessment Information Report will be used to inform decision-making and is available to download from the table below.
