Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, Council and Committee meetings are currently being conducted remotely using the Zoom video conferencing facility. Please see the individual Agendas in Council Meetings

In line with strict Government guidelines on social distancing to help prevent the spread of coronavirus, ALL play areas have been closed.
The public toilets at Ship Lane and Palace Green in Ely have been closed in order to minimise staffing requirements during the lock down period. The toilets at Cloisters and Barton Road remain open.
The Council Reception is closed to the Public. As a Council we are committed to keeping our services available but we need to work with the community to slow the spread of the disease. To do this we want to avoid face to face contact wherever we can to protect our customers and our staff.
We ask all customers to access services via our website where possible, or to contact us by telephone or email. Most enquiries can be resolved over the telephone or online. However, if we agree you need to see us, we will arrange an appointment.
All waste collections are running as normal.
