Online: Assisted Collections
Asssited collections are provided where householders are unable to carry their waste sacks or recycling box to the kerbside, due to infirmity, serious long-term illness or disability. The service is only provided where no member of the household is able to move the waste.
The waste and recycling crews will then collect your sacks or box from an agreed collection point on your property, and return your box once emptied.
To apply for an assisted collection you must complete and sign an application form. Once we have received a signed application form we will contact you to arrange a collection point and start date for your assisted collection.
