Absolutely - New orbital bus service around Ely

‘Absolutely’, a new orbital bus service was introduced in Ely earlier this year, funded through S106 contributions from the new Sainsbury store.  The bus service, provided by Norfolk Green,comprises of two orbital routes linking the housing estates on the outskirts of Ely with the city centre and the new Sainsbury's store on Lisle Lane.

One loop is via Cam Drive while the other loop is via Beresford Road, providing an hourly service to those residents and giving a half hourly service to Market Street and Lisle Lane. There is also a stop at the end of Broad Street nearest to Back Hill that will prove useful to commuters, taking them to within walking distance of the station.

The service runs from approximately 7am to 7pm, six days a week.
