Oliver Cromwell House in Ely is set to be the centre of baroque music this Sunday (3 March).

Aurora (Maria Sanger, recorders & Dawn Johnston, theorbo and baroque guitar) are returning to the atmospheric surroundings of the Tithe Office at the House in Ely to present a feast of English dance music from Cromwell's time.

There will be two concerts at 2pm and 3pm and with tickets just £10 advanced booking is essential.

Tracey Harding, Tourism & Town Centres Team Leader at East Cambridgeshire District Council, said: "There is something magical about hearing the baroque music in the home of Oliver Cromwell. Aurora are a fantastic duo who have graced the House before and such was the acclaim which greeted their performance, we are delighted they are coming back.
