Following the meeting of the Planning Committee at East Cambridgeshire District Council, the following decisions were made:
1. Residential development – Seeking consent for the approval of the following reserved matters: Appearance, Landscaping, Layout and Scale at The Old Station Goods Yard, Station Road, Littleport. The applicant is: Grantchester Construction
Decision: Approved subject to conditions delegated to Head of Planning and Sustainable Development
2. The conversion of St Mary’s Lodge from offices to a full service hotel containing bar/restaurant/meetings/events and leisure facilities at St Mary’s Lodge, 40-44 St Mary’s Street, Ely. The applicant is Mr David Toulson-Burke
Decision: Approved subject to conditions delegated to Head of Planning and Sustainable Development
3. To modify the ongoing consent and conditions for tree work to trees, subject to a Tree Preservation Order at 4 – 9 Metcalfe Way, Haddenham.
Decision: Agreed
