Missed replacement bags i.e Black and Brown sacks, must be reported by the end of the next working day and will be replaced within 2 working days

Householders are entitled to one black refuse sack per week.  Brown bags will be replaced like for like by Veolia, up to a maximum of 4 per household.  e.g. if you leave out 4 bags, then 4 will be left.  If you leave out 6 bags, only 4 will be left.  Additional brown bags can be purchased from these outlets.

If you use a communal collection point, please ensure you write your house number clearly on the brown bags to ensure that Veolia deliver your new bags to your property.

If you have not been left replacement bags, please complete this online form.  Reports must be received within 1 working day of the collection and replacement bags should be delivered within 2 working days of your report.
