Missed collections must be reported by the end of the next working day and will be collected within 24 hours.

All waste and recycling should be left safely at the point where the property meets the public highway, path or grass verge by 7am on the morning of the collection.  If you think that your collection has been missed, please check to see if other properties in your street have been collected.  It may be that the collection will take place later than usual during the day.  If the collection has not taken place due to a temporary road closure or obstruction, then the collection will be prioritised for the next working day.

If your collection is the only one missed, and your waste was outside ready to be collected before 7am, please contact the Council before the end of the next working day on 01353 665555, or complete this online missed collection form.  Your collection will be collected by the end of the next working day after being reported.
