If you hold more than 14 car boot sales on the same area of land in any one year, you will need planning permission for a change of use under the planning legislation.

The regulations apply equally to car boot sales run for profit and for those held for charitable, social, sporting or political purposes.

You will need to make your application in writing or electronically to East Cambridgeshire District Council's Development Services.
