Statement of Community Involvement

The District Council's Statement of Community Involvement was adopted in 2006. It sets out how the public and stakeholders will be consulted throughout LDF production. It also describes the Council's procedures and arrangements for involving stakeholders when considering planning applications. A copy of this document can be viewed below, along with the Inspectors Report and Adoption Statement.

The District Council is currently in the process of updating the SCI, in line with changes to Government legislation and guidance. A revised version is likely to be issued in mid-2011.
