Littleport
Wesleyan Chapel, 1835.
Gault brick and hipped slate roof. Two stages. Two first stage late C20 windows in original openings. Recessed double doorway with flush panels flanked by two fixed light twelve pane windows.
House, circa 1800.
Gault brick and steeply pitched slate roof with end stacks. Two storeys. Symmetrical facade of two first floor modern wood casements. Central doorway flanked by similar windows. Gable end has iron ties in form of initials C C.
Parish Church. Mid C19.
Gault brick, English bond, with red brick banding and diaper work. Slate roof with stone end parapets and gable crosses, and red brick dentil eaves cornice. Nave and chancel with north and south chapels and north vestry. Gabled bellcote to west wall above a window of two trefoiled lights in two centred arch with quatrefoil.
Parish church, now two houses. Built in 1869 at cost of Canon E B Sparke, Rector of Feltwell.
Flint walls with limestone dressings. Slate roofs with crested ridge tiles and nave and chancel gable end parapets with end crosses. Plan of aisleless nave with chancel, north west tower porch and north vestry. In early English revival style.
Barn, C18.
Timber frame, weatherboarded, on a brick plinth, English bond. Steeply pitched roof now covered in corrugated iron, and originally reed thatched. Three bays with cartway opening on the road side.
Villa, Circa 1830 extended at rear c1840.
Gault brick, Flemish bond and English bond to end walls. Hipped slate roof, with end stacks. Paired brackets to boarded eaves. Double pile following 1840 extension parallel to original range. Two storeys. Range of three first floor recessed hung sashes with single central glazing bar. Central doorway in double recessed round headed arch with reeding and boss enrichment to rebate of arch. Panelled door with radial fanlight.
