Kennett
Small parish church with an original early C13 nave, north aisle, and chancel extended later in C13 by one bay with three very fine windows and double piscina.
Cottage, late C16 or early C17.
Timber framed and plastered with frame exposed in east gable wall. Plain tile roofs. L-plan. Two local C17 brick stacks, partly reduced to street range and plastered, grouped diagonal shafts to rear stack; later painted brick side stack to east. One storey and attic. Front elevation has three gabled dormer windows with modern lattice light casements. Plastered, coved eaves cornice. Three modern casement windows at ground floor. Main entrance in outshut to rear.
Cottage, possibly C17.
Rendered timber frame and thatched with gault brick ridge stack to right of centre. One storey and attic. Rear entrance; street facade has six modern casement windows. Original three unit plan.
School and adjoining school house built in 1865 by Rev. W Godfrey, Lord of the Manor and Rector.
Inn, early C16.
Jettied, close studded timber frame with rear outshut. C19 alterations to street facade. Plain tile roof. Three C19 red brick stacks. Two storeys. Three unit plan with additional bay to east. Jetty masked by C19 closed porch rendered brick, with shaped gable, two canted bay windows and two casement windows. Six first floor early C19 casement windows with cast iron glazing bars, some with Gothic patterned heads. Wide arch to recessed porch to east constructed from reused carved late C15 timber, two posts have carved pilasters.
Farmhouse. Late C15 divided into two dwellings in C19.
Timber framed and plastered with modern plain tile roof and later rear outshut. Large C16 ridge stack of local red brick with dentil string course and three reduced octagonal shafts with moulded bases rebuilt in local yellow brick possibly in C17. End stack to west of similar brick. Two storeys with attics.
