Opened in 2001, the e-space business centres offer flexible, affordable serviced offices to rent. The two purpose built centres based in Ely and Littleport are owned and managed by East Cambridgeshire District Council.

Whether you are starting a new business, working from home, looking for room to grow or seeking a short term office solution e-space puts the needs of your business first. With 50 units across the two centres, ranging from 150 to 650 sq ft e-space offers maximum flexibility with easy in, easy out, one-month rolling contracts, at a cost effective price.

e-space north, Littleport

e-space north is a friendly, open business centre in a pleasant rural setting. The building based in Littleport provides flexible office space, on-site catering, relaxed informal meeting areas and green spaces, offering small and growing companies the opportunity to take on office space at a cost effective price.

e-space north has 34 serviced offices ranging from 150 to 650 sq ft.

e-space south, Ely

e-space south is at the heart of the East Cambridgeshire business community located on the Cambridgeshire Business Park in Ely with close proximity to the city centre shops and amenities. Excellent rail links to Cambridge, London and beyond complement the facilities on offer at the centre, making e-space south the ideal cost effective location for your business.
