The Old Fire Engine House has provided a showcase for local artists for nearly 50 years in a relaxed and informal setting.  This May we introduce two exciting new artists:

 

Downstairs:  Claire Cockayne is a printmaker and mixed media artist based in Ely.  She works in a free and experimental way creating images incorporating pattern from a variety of sources, to reflect 'moments' inspired by local landscape and natural form.  www.clairecockayne.com

An annual craft and food fair on Palace Green in front of Ely Cathedral showcasing local gifts and produce.  A fun day out for all the family - try your luck on the coconut shy, raffle or tombola after a bacon buttie and coffee or champagne and strawberries.  Organised by the parents of the boy choristers of Ely Cathedral for the Ely Cathedral Choir Tour Fund.

Aldreth Vintage Fair - 7th May 2016

Vintage themed fair in Aldreth Village for all the family.  Craft stalls, live music all day, refreshments, beer tent, BBQ, 1970s ice cream van, children's games, local history group, doughnuts, bric-a-brac, tombola, second hand books, vintage vehicles, Pickled Pig Cider, Punch and Judy and a Spitfire fly past plus many other attractions.
All profits will go towards the upkeep of the Village Community Centre.
