Consultation is due to take place on the following Options Papers from 5th July to 16th August 2010.
- Ely - Sites Options Paper
- Site Allocations Options Paper (covering the rest of the district)
These Papers look at various site options for housing, employment, retail and gypsy and traveller development in East Cambridgeshire, and site options for the delivery of infrastructure and services required to support growth. The pros and cons of various sites are discussed, and your views are sought.

In accordance with the Licensing Act 2003, the Licensing Act 2003 (Licensing Statement Period) Order 2004 and Department for Culture Media and Sport Guidance issued under Section 182 of the Licensing Act 2003, notice is hereby given that East Cambridgeshire District Council intends to review its Statement of Licensing Policy relating to the Licensing Act 2003 to come into effect on 7 January 2011.
Public consultation on the revised Statement of Licensing Policy will take place from 15 June 2010 to 31 August 2010.
Private sector House Condition Survey 2009
The Council carried out a Private Sector House Condition Survey in the autumn of 2009. Information on the condition of the stock, its location and occupation is essential for the development of effective private sector renewal strategies.
